What is Secret-Experience and how does it work?

Secret-Experience is a premium European platform that combines a directory of verified independent creator profiles with an exclusive digital content space. Browse profiles and listings by city and criteria, access premium content (photos, videos), communicate via our encrypted messaging and make audio or video calls — all secured by Secret Coins, our built-in virtual currency. Every creator undergoes photo and identity verification before their profile is activated.

Is Secret-Experience legal? In which countries can I use it?

Secret-Experience is operated by a Belgian-registered company and complies with the law of 21 March 2022, which decriminalised independent sex work and advertising for such services in Belgium. The platform is available in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and most EU countries. Laws regarding adult content vary from country to country — it is the responsibility of each user to ensure their use complies with the laws of their country of residence.

How do I create an account on Secret-Experience?

Click "Sign Up" and choose your role: Provider or Client. Fill in your details and verify your email address. Providers must then complete our two-step verification process (photo + ID) before their profile is activated. Registration as a Provider is restricted to adults (18+) with a valid residence permit in an EU/EEA country. Clients can start browsing immediately with a free account.

Can I use Secret-Experience anonymously? Is my privacy protected?

Absolutely. Discretion is built into every aspect of the platform. Clients can use a pseudonym and are never required to reveal their real identity to Providers. All conversations are encrypted, transactions appear under a neutral label on your bank statements, and your data is handled in full compliance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What safety features does Secret-Experience offer?

Secret-Experience integrates several personal safety tools: a Safe Call timer with automatic alert to an emergency contact, a panic button with optional geolocation, instant blocking and reporting, a Client reputation score based on Provider ratings, identity verification, and a dedicated moderation team. These tools are provided to support the personal well-being of our users.

How do I contact Secret-Experience's support team?

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and select "Delete Account." Providers have a 30-day grace period before final deletion to convert their Secret Coins balance to gift cards. Under GDPR, your personal data will be erased, except for data we are legally required to retain (financial transactions: 7 years). You can also exercise your right to erasure by contacting privacy@secret-experience.com.

How do I sign up as a Provider on Secret-Experience?

Register and select "Provider" as your role. Complete your profile with a description, photos, your content category and your base city. Submit your profile for verification — our team reviews it within 24 to 48 hours. Registration is restricted to adults with a valid residence permit in an EU/EEA country. Once approved, your profile and listings become visible to Clients.

What is the verification process?

Verification has two steps. Photo Verification requires you to take a selfie matching a specific pose to confirm you are the person in your profile photos. Identity Verification requires uploading a government-issued ID (also used to verify your age and EU/EEA residence). Both are reviewed by our team, kept strictly confidential, and documents are deleted within 30 days of validation. Once verified, you receive a Verified badge.

What subscription plans are available for Providers?

Four tiers are available: Free (5 photos, 1 city, standard visibility, messaging, audio calls), Essential (350 coins/month or €35 — 10 photos, 3 videos, priority visibility, additional cities, 3 stories/month, 1 Spotlight boost, premium content), Professional (650 coins/month or €65 — 15 photos, 5 videos, top visibility, 5 additional cities, 8 stories/month, 2 Spotlight boosts, 12-month analytics), and Elite (1,290 coins/month or €129 — 20 photos, 10 videos, absolute visibility, 15 stories/month, 4 Spotlight boosts, real-time analytics, dedicated account manager, Elite badge, 25% off partner services). Annual billing offers a 20% discount.

How do I monetise my content and interactions?

You have multiple revenue streams on the platform: premium content sales (locked photos and videos you price yourself), per-minute audio and video calls (you set your rate), virtual gifts from Clients, and the referral programme. On each transaction, you keep 85% — the platform charges a 15% commission for hosting and infrastructure. When converting to gift cards, a 5% fee applies. In total, your net earnings are approximately 80.75% of what the Client spends — a competitive rate compared to industry standards (OnlyFans: 80%, MYM: 75%).

How do cities and geographic visibility work?

Your profile and listings are linked to a main city. Providers on Essential plans and above can add additional cities to appear in search results for those locations. Set your dates and destination city — Clients in that area will see your profile. Essential allows 1 additional city; Professional and Elite up to 5 simultaneously. You can also publish a Story to notify your followers.

How do Spotlight boosts work?

Spotlight boosts place your profile at the top of search results for 24 hours, dramatically increasing your visibility. Boosts can be purchased with Secret Coins from your dashboard. Every paid plan includes monthly boost credits: 1 on Essential, 2 on Professional, and 4 on Elite. Additional boosts can be bought individually.

How do audio and video calls work?

Clients can call you directly through the platform. Set your per-minute rate in Secret Coins and your availability hours in Call Settings. You have full control: accept or decline each incoming call. Calls are encrypted and never recorded by the platform. You keep 85% of the billed amount, with the platform taking 15% for infrastructure. Audio calls are available from the Free plan; video calls from the Essential plan.

How do I manage my online status?

From your dashboard, toggle your status between "Online", "Away" and "Offline". The "Online" status tells Clients you are available to receive messages and calls on the platform. This badge is prominently displayed on your profile card in search results. You have full control over your visibility and can change your status at any time.

How do reviews work?

After an interaction on the platform (content purchase, call, messaging exchange), Clients can leave a rating and review on your profile. Reviews cover content quality, communication and professionalism. They are publicly visible and contribute to your ranking in search results. You can respond to reviews and report any that are inappropriate or defamatory to our moderation team.

How do I convert my earnings to gift cards?

Go to your Wallet from the dashboard and select "Convert to Gift Card." Browse our catalogue of top brands — Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Zalando and more — choose your desired amount and confirm. The minimum conversion is 500 coins (€50). A 5% conversion fee applies (conversion rate: 10 coins = €0.95). The 15% platform commission is charged separately at the time of each transaction. Gift cards are delivered instantly to your email address. KYC verification may be required for first conversions or large amounts.

For Clients

How do I browse and find verified profiles?

From the Browse page, explore the profiles and listings of all Providers. Use filters to search by city, content category, rating, online status and verification status. Each profile card displays photos, a short description and badges (Verified, Elite, Online). Click any profile to see the full gallery, available premium content, reviews and detailed information.

What subscription plans are available for Clients?

Two plans are available: Free (browse profiles and listings, 5 favourites, view stories, advanced search filters, follow Providers) and Premium (290 coins/month or €29 — unlimited direct messaging, unlimited favourites, audio and video calls, premium content access, virtual gifts, priority support, Premium badge). You can change plans or cancel at any time from your account settings.

How do I communicate with a Provider?

With a Premium subscription, click "Send Message" on any Provider's profile to start a conversation. Messages are delivered instantly through our encrypted messaging system. Providers can see your Client profile and verification status, which significantly increases your response rate if you are verified.

How do audio and video calls work?

Premium Clients can initiate audio and video calls with Providers who have enabled this feature. Calls are billed per minute in Secret Coins at the rate set by the Provider (displayed before the call is launched). Coins are debited in real time. The Provider can accept or decline the call, and either party can end it at any time. Calls are encrypted and never recorded by the platform.

How do favourites and profile notifications work?

Add Providers to your Favourites for easy access to their profiles. Following a Provider means you receive their stories and announcements in your feed. Enable notifications to be alerted when a Provider comes online or publishes new premium content. Free accounts can save 5 favourites; Premium accounts have unlimited favourites. Manage your lists from your dashboard.

How do I leave a review?

After an interaction on the platform (premium content purchase, call, messaging exchange), visit the Provider's profile and click "Leave a Review." Rate content quality, communication and professionalism. Your reviews must be honest, factual and respectful — defamatory reviews or those containing personal information will be removed by our moderation team.

What is Client verification and why should I get verified?

Client verification is voluntary but highly recommended. The process involves a matching selfie and identity verification, processed in compliance with GDPR and deleted within 30 days. Verified Clients display a trust badge on their profile and are significantly more likely to receive responses from Providers. Many Providers prioritise verified Clients for messages and calls.

How do virtual gifts work?

Send virtual gifts to Providers from their profile or during a conversation. Browse the catalogue (each gift has a price in Secret Coins), add an optional message and send it — anonymously if you wish. The Provider receives 85% of the gift's value in their wallet. Gifts are displayed on the Provider's profile and contribute to their earnings.

What are Secret Coins and why does Secret-Experience use them?

Secret Coins are Secret-Experience's internal virtual currency. They are used for all digital transactions on the platform: subscriptions, calls, premium content, boosts, virtual gifts. This system ensures your payment discretion (a single bank transaction, labelled neutrally on your statements), full traceability of your exchanges on the platform, and a seamless experience for both Providers and Clients. The base rate is 10 Secret Coins = €1. Secret Coins have no value outside the platform.

How do I purchase Secret Coins?

From your Wallet, click "Add Coins" and choose a pack. Payment is made by credit or debit card through our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider (the highest security level in the industry). Coins are credited instantly after payment confirmation. The transaction appears under a neutral, discreet label on your bank statement.

What coin packs are available and what are the prices?

Five packs are available with progressive bonuses: Starter (100 coins — €10, no bonus), Popular (500 coins — €45, 11% bonus), Value (1,000 coins — €85, 18% bonus), Premium (2,500 coins — €200, 25% bonus), and Ultimate (5,000 coins — €375, 33% bonus). The larger the pack, the better the value per coin.

How do Provider earnings conversion work?

Providers can convert their Secret Coins to gift cards from top brands (Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Zalando and more). The minimum amount is 500 coins. The compensation structure is transparent: a 15% platform commission is charged at the time of each transaction (calls, premium content, gifts), then a 5% conversion fee applies (conversion rate: 10 coins = €0.95). What is the refund policy for Secret Coins?
