Terms of Service

The Secret-Experience platform is published by:

Secret-Experience is an online platform combining a directory of independent creator profiles and a premium digital content and social communication space, enabling verified independent creators (hereinafter "Providers" or "Providers") to publish their profile, promote their activity, and monetize their image, content and interactions with a community of users (hereinafter "Clients").

The publication of profiles and advertisements on the platform falls within the framework of Article 433quater/2 of the Belgian Criminal Code as amended by the law of March 21, 2022, which authorizes advertising for sex work services under the conditions it defines.

Secret-Experience acts exclusively as a technical intermediary for hosting, publication and digital connection. The platform does not facilitate, organize, plan or take any commission on physical meetings between Providers and Clients. Any in-person meeting between a Provider and a Client takes place outside the platform, under the sole responsibility of the parties concerned, without any involvement of Secret-Experience.

The services offered by the platform include:

• Creation, publication and consultation of Provider profiles and advertisements
• Encrypted private messaging between users
• Integrated and billed audio and video calls
• Publication and sale of premium content (photos, videos)
• Virtual currency system (Secret Coins) for digital transactions
• Subscriptions with differentiated features
• Promotion options and visibility boosts for profiles
• Virtual gifts
• Referral program
• Partner services (photography, branding, etc.)
• Personal safety tools (Safe Call, blocking, reporting)

The revenues of Secret-Experience come exclusively from commissions on digital transactions carried out on the platform (premium content, calls, virtual gifts), subscriptions and profile promotion options. The platform does not receive any remuneration, commission or benefit of any kind related to physical meetings between Providers and Clients.

3.1 Exclusive nature of services

The services provided by Secret-Experience are exclusively digital in nature. The platform enables the publication of profiles and advertisements, content distribution, communication between users and monetization of online interactions (premium content, calls, virtual gifts). The platform does not in any way constitute:

• A matchmaking agency for physical meetings
• An appointment booking service
• An employer within the meaning of the law of May 3, 2024 relating to sex work under employment contract
• An organizer of activities carried out by Providers outside the platform

3.2 Off-platform activities

Providers carry out their professional activity in a completely independent manner. Any professional activity that a Provider carries out outside the platform, including any in-person meeting with a Client or third party, is the sole responsibility of the Provider and is governed by the law applicable to their place of practice. Secret-Experience does not intervene at any stage of these activities and does not receive any remuneration related to physical meetings.

3.3 Absence of subordination

No subordination, employment or agency relationship exists between Secret-Experience and the Providers. The Provider freely sets the price of their premium content, their interaction conditions, their connection hours and their communication methods. Secret-Experience gives no instructions regarding the content published by Providers, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3.4 Applicable criminal framework

Secret-Experience does not constitute an organization of the prostitution of others within the meaning of Article 433quater/1 of the Belgian Criminal Code. The platform does not manage any appointment bookings, does not set any rates for physical services, does not designate any meeting places and does not take any commission on sexual acts or in-person meetings.

• Platform : The Secret-Experience website and application, accessible at secret-experience.com and its subdomains.
• User : Any individual accessing the platform, whether registered or not.
• Provider (Provider) : A registered user who publishes content, advertisements and offers paid digital interactions (premium content, calls, messaging) through the platform. The Provider operates as an independent worker.
• Client : A registered user who accesses the profiles, advertisements, content and digital interactions offered by Providers on the platform.
• Secret Coins : Virtual currency internal to the platform, used for all transactions (subscriptions, calls, boosts, virtual gifts, premium content).
• Content : Any text, image, video, advertisement, review or information published by a User on the platform.
• Services : The features offered by the platform (advertisements, messaging, calls, profiles, boosts, wallet, etc.).
• Account : The User's personal space, protected by login credentials.
• Subscription : A paid access plan, monthly or annual, granting access to specific features based on the chosen plan.
• Boost : A paid feature that temporarily increases a profile's visibility in search results.
• Virtual Gift : A digital item that Clients can offer to Providers, purchased with Secret Coins.
• Premium Content : Photos or videos locked by a Provider, accessible to Clients upon payment in Secret Coins.
• Referral : A program allowing Users to refer new members in exchange for Secret Coins rewards.

5.1 Minimum age

Registration on Secret-Experience is reserved for individuals aged at least 18 years. By creating an account, you certify that you have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence. Secret-Experience reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and implements effective age verification as part of the identity verification process (Article 6.2).

5.2 Role selection

During registration, you choose a role (Provider or Client) that determines the accessible features. This role can be changed later subject to applicable conditions.

5.3 Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Any false declaration may result in the suspension or deletion of your account.

5.4 Account uniqueness

Each individual may only hold one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts concerned.

6.1 Account creation

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a secure password. You will receive a verification email to confirm your registration.

6.2 Provider verification

Providers must complete a two-step verification process: photo verification (matching selfie) and identity verification (official document). This verification is required to access paid plans and to publish advertisements. Registration as a Provider is reserved for adults with a valid residence permit in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area. All verification data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and deleted within 30 days of validation, unless otherwise required by law (KYC/AML).

6.3 Voluntary Client verification

Clients may voluntarily complete a verification to obtain a trust badge. This verification is optional but recommended.

6.4 Account security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to have been performed by you. In case of suspected unauthorized use, contact our support team immediately.

7.1 Provider obligations

• Provide a complete and truthful profile (description, photos, content category).
• Only publish photos and videos for which they hold the rights and which accurately represent them.
• Keep their profile, content catalog and monetization conditions up to date.
• Complete the verification process required for their subscription plan.
• Behave respectfully towards Clients and other Users.
• Not solicit payments outside the Secret Coins system for platform services.
• Comply with applicable laws in their country of residence and in the jurisdictions where they carry out their activity.
• Not use the platform as a tool for booking or planning physical meetings.

7.2 Client obligations

• Respect the conditions and limits set by Providers for their content and interactions.
• Make all payments for platform services exclusively through the Secret Coins system.
• Behave respectfully and courteously at all times.
• Not capture, record or redistribute a Provider's premium content without their explicit consent.
• Not circumvent the platform's payment system in order to avoid payment for proposed digital interactions.
• Leave honest and factual reviews, without defamatory language.
• Not use the platform to solicit illegal activities.

7.3 Independent status of Providers

Providers carry out their activity as independent workers. No subordination, employment or agency relationship exists between the Provider and Secret-Experience. The Provider freely sets their prices, monetization conditions and connection hours. Secret-Experience gives no instructions regarding the execution of activities offered by Providers.

7.4 Mutual obligations

• Respect the dignity, privacy and boundaries of each User.
• Not disclose another User's personal information to third parties.
• Report any inappropriate or suspicious behavior through the platform's reporting tools.

8.1 Nature of Secret Coins

Secret Coins are a virtual currency internal to the platform. They do not constitute electronic money within the meaning of European Directive 2009/110/EC and have no value outside the Secret-Experience platform.

8.2 Purchase

Secret Coins are purchased by credit card, debit card or any other accepted payment method, through our PCI-DSS certified secure payment provider. The base rate is 1 EUR = 10 Secret Coins. Bonus packs are available for volume purchases (from 10% to 25% bonus depending on the pack).

8.3 Usage

Secret Coins are used to pay for subscriptions, audio/video calls, profile boosts, virtual gifts, premium content and any other paid feature on the platform.

8.4 Non-refundability

Purchased Secret Coins are generally non-refundable, except in case of technical problems preventing their use. In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent.

8.5 Gift Card Conversion (Providers)

Providers can convert their Secret Coins to gift cards from a catalogue of top brands (Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Zalando and more). The platform charges a single commission of 15% on each revenue-generating transaction for the Provider (calls, premium content, virtual gifts). A 5% conversion fee applies at the time of conversion.

The minimum conversion amount is 100 Secret Coins. Gift cards are delivered instantly to the Provider's registered email address.

Secret Coins are not convertible to fiat currency. Earnings can only be converted to gift cards from the available catalogue. Secret-Experience reserves the right to request additional identity documents and any information required under due diligence obligations (KYC) before processing a conversion.

8.6 Expiration

Secret Coins do not expire as long as your account is active. In case of account termination, unconverted coins are subject to the conditions defined in Article 18 (Termination).

8.7 Bonus coins

Coins obtained through the referral program, promotions or subscription bonuses may be subject to specific conditions and are not convertible.

9.1 Subscription plans

Secret-Experience offers different subscription plans for Providers and Clients. Each plan offers specific features detailed on the platform's Pricing page.

9.2 Provider plans

The plans available for Providers are: Free, Essential (350 coins/month or €35), Professional (650 coins/month or €65) and Elite (1,290 coins/month or €129). Annual billing is available with a 20% discount on the monthly rate.

9.3 Client plans

The plans available for Clients are: Free, Plus and Premium. Each plan offers progressive features detailed on the Pricing page.

9.4 Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in Secret Coins. Renewal is automatic, unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date. In case of insufficient balance, the subscription will be suspended until the wallet is recharged.

9.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access to your plan's features until that date.

9.6 Payment processing

All card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Secret-Experience does not store any banking data on its servers. Transactions appear discreetly on your bank statements.

9.7 Pre-contractual information

In accordance with Articles VI.45 and VI.46 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, mandatory pre-contractual information (total price including taxes, essential characteristics of the service, termination conditions and payment methods) is communicated clearly and legibly before the conclusion of any contract. This information appears on the platform's Pricing page, which forms an integral part of the pre-contractual information.

10.1 Audio and video calls

Audio and video calls are billed per minute in Secret Coins, at the rate set by the Provider. The Provider retains 85% of the billed amount, with the platform charging a 15% commission for its hosting, payment and technical infrastructure costs. The Provider controls the acceptance or rejection of each call.

10.2 Visibility boosts

Boosts temporarily increase the visibility of a profile or advertisement in search results. They are billed in Secret Coins according to the type and duration chosen. Monthly boost credits are included in certain subscription plans.

10.3 Virtual gifts

Clients can offer virtual gifts to Providers from a catalog offered by the platform. Each gift has a price in Secret Coins. Gifts can be sent anonymously. Providers receive 85% of the gift value in their wallet.

10.4 Premium content

Providers can lock certain photos or videos behind a Secret Coins paywall. The price is set by the Provider. Upon purchase, the Provider retains 85% of the amount, with the platform charging 15%. The purchase grants permanent access to the content for the Client, unless deleted by the Provider.

10.5 Partner services

The platform offers access to partner services (photography, branding, etc.) payable in Secret Coins. Providers with an Elite plan benefit from a 25% discount on these services. Secret-Experience acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by partners.

10.6 Referral program

Users can refer new members via a unique referral code. Secret Coins rewards are awarded to the referrer when the referee registers and/or subscribes. Referral coins may be subject to specific conditions (see Article 8.7).

In accordance with Articles VI.47 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, by accepting the immediate use of Secret Coins upon purchase, you expressly waive this right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the same Code. This waiver is explicitly obtained during each purchase.

Exception: if you have purchased a Secret Coins pack and no coins have been spent yet, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@secret-experience.com. The refund will be made via the same payment method within 14 days.

For subscriptions, the right of withdrawal expires once the first service period has begun with your explicit consent.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the standard withdrawal form made available in accordance with Annex 2 of Book VI of the Code of Economic Law, available on the platform's Contact page.

12.1 License granted

By publishing content on Secret-Experience, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display this content for the purposes of operating the platform. This license terminates upon deletion of the content or your account.

12.2 Premium content

For premium content (locked photos/videos), the Provider retains all intellectual property rights. The platform receives only a license to display and deliver to Clients who have made the purchase.

12.3 Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You warrant that this content does not infringe the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, image rights) and that it complies with applicable laws.

12.4 Prohibited content

It is strictly prohibited to publish:

• Any content involving minors or referring to minors.
• Any content inciting violence, hatred or discrimination.
• Personal information of third parties without their consent.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising or malicious links.
• Misleading or fraudulent content, including fake photos or fake profiles.
• Any content contrary to public order or morality under Belgian law.
• Any content suggesting activities involving human trafficking, coercion or exploitation.

All elements constituting the Secret-Experience platform (design, source code, logo, trademarks, texts, architecture, features) are the exclusive property of Secret-Experience SRL or its licensors and are protected by Belgian and international copyright law, trademark law and applicable international treaties.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the platform's elements without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles XI.293 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

The license granted by Users on their content (Article 12) is limited to the purposes of operating the platform and does not transfer any ownership rights to Secret-Experience.

14.1 Right of moderation

Secret-Experience reserves the right to moderate, modify or remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Our moderation team reviews reported content and applies appropriate measures. Before publication, advertisements and profiles are verified by Secret-Experience, both content and media. Any untruthful advertising or content containing illegal practices will not be authorized. Suspicions of minors, human trafficking or coercion are reported to the authorities.

14.2 Reports

Any User may report inappropriate content or behavior through the integrated reporting system. Reporting categories include: fake profile, harassment, inappropriate content, scam, suspected minor, suspicion of trafficking or exploitation, and others. Secret-Experience commits to examining each report as quickly as possible.

14.3 Sanction scale

In case of violation of the Terms, Secret-Experience may apply the following sanctions, in a proportionate manner:

• Warning: formal notification of the violation.
• Temporary suspension: restricted access for a determined period.
• Permanent ban: definitive account deletion and prohibition of re-registration.

Sanctions may be accompanied by a freeze of the Secret Coins balance in case of suspected fraud.

14.4 Right to contest

The sanctioned User has 15 days from the notification of the sanction to contest it by email to legal@secret-experience.com. The contest will be examined within 30 days.

14.5 Digital Services Act compliance

The platform complies with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act — DSA) regarding its obligations for content moderation, decision transparency, report processing and provision of an internal complaint mechanism. Users are informed of the reasons for any moderation decision concerning them.

Secret-Experience provides personal safety tools designed to help Users in their daily lives. These tools function independently of interactions on the platform and do not in any way constitute a guarantee of safety or evidence of Secret-Experience's involvement in activities carried out outside the platform.

15.1 Safe Call and timer

Users can activate a Safe Call timer as part of their personal safety. If the timer is not deactivated in time, a previously designated emergency contact is automatically alerted. This feature is a general well-being tool, comparable to a personal safety application, and is not linked to any specific activity.

15.2 Panic button

A panic button allows immediately sending an alert to a designated emergency contact, accompanied by location information if this option has been activated.

15.3 User blocking

Any User can block another User at any time. Blocking prevents any future contact between the two parties on the platform.

15.4 Reporting

The reporting system (Article 14) allows bringing to the attention of the moderation team any behavior deemed inappropriate, dangerous or contrary to the Terms.

15.5 Client screening and reputation

The platform has a Client reputation system based on Provider evaluations (respect, communication, reliability), cross-references and reports. This system is a decision-support tool and does not constitute a guarantee of a Client's behavior.

16.1 Intermediary role

Secret-Experience acts as a technical intermediation platform within the meaning of the European Directive on electronic commerce (2000/31/EC). The platform is not party to agreements concluded between Providers and Clients and cannot be held responsible for meetings, exchanges or transactions carried out outside the platform. In line with the positioning of Quartier-Rouge and other established adult advertising platforms in Belgium, Secret-Experience does not arrange any appointments and offers no guarantee regarding the expectations and behavior of its Users.

16.2 Exclusion of warranties

Secret-Experience does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of information provided by Users. Although we implement a verification process, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of Users outside the platform.

16.3 Service availability

Secret-Experience strives to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or force majeure events may occur.

16.4 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions (notably Articles VI.82 and following of the Code of Economic Law), Secret-Experience's total liability to a User may not exceed the amounts paid by that User to the platform during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or bodily harm.

16.5 Force majeure

Secret-Experience shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations in the event of force majeure, including: natural disaster, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, strike, Internet or electrical infrastructure failure, governmental or judicial decision, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Secret-Experience.

16.6 External links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Secret-Experience exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content.

Secret-Experience processes the personal data of its Users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD) (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be).

18.1 Termination by the User

You can terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Termination results in the deletion of your profile, advertisements, messages and data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18.2 Provider Conversion Period

Providers wishing to delete their account have a 30-day period before effective deletion. This period allows them to convert the remaining Secret Coins balance to gift cards from their wallet. We strongly recommend that Providers convert their balance before initiating deletion.

18.3 Termination by Secret-Experience

Secret-Experience may terminate or suspend your account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior or at the request of competent authorities.

18.4 Consequences

Upon termination, the fate of Secret Coins is determined as follows:

• Purchased unspent coins: in case of voluntary termination, Providers have the 30-day period to convert their coins to gift cards. Clients may request a refund of unspent coins by contacting support within 30 days.
• Bonus coins: coins obtained through referrals, promotions or bonuses are neither refundable nor convertible and are lost upon termination.
• Termination for cause: in case of termination for violation of the Terms or fraudulent activity, Secret-Experience reserves the right to freeze and not refund the entire balance.

Data may be retained for a limited period for legal or fraud prevention purposes, in accordance with the GDPR.

19.1 Belgian framework

Secret-Experience is published by a company under Belgian law and operates within the framework of the law of March 21, 2022 amending the Criminal Code regarding sexual criminal law, which decriminalized sex work carried out independently and voluntarily in Belgium, as well as advertising for these services (Article 433quater/2). The platform is not an authorized employer within the meaning of the law of May 3, 2024 on sex work under employment contract.

19.2 Individual responsibility of Providers

Each Provider is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence and in the jurisdictions where they carry out their activity. Registration on Secret-Experience does not in any way exempt the Provider from their legal, tax and social obligations, including activity declaration, social contributions and taxation.

19.3 Fight against trafficking and exploitation

Secret-Experience is committed to fully cooperating with competent authorities in the fight against human trafficking and sexual exploitation, in accordance with Articles 433quinquies and following of the Belgian Criminal Code. Any report of a suspicious situation will be treated as a priority and forwarded to the authorities if necessary.

19.4 Strict prohibition

The use of the platform by minors, victims of trafficking or exploitation, or any person acting under coercion is strictly prohibited. Secret-Experience implements identity and age verification procedures (Article 6.2) and reporting tools (Article 14) to detect and prevent these situations.

20.1 Access zones

Secret-Experience is primarily intended for users residing in countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area where independent sex work and the sale of adult content between consenting adults are legal.

20.2 Legal warning

Laws relating to sex work and adult content vary considerably from country to country. In some countries, the purchase of sexual services is criminalized (France, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Israel, Canada, Northern Ireland). In others, sex work is entirely illegal. It is the responsibility of each User to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

20.3 Exclusion of liability

Secret-Experience shall not be held liable for the use of the platform by a User in violation of the laws of their country of residence.

20.4 Nationality and residence of Providers

Registration as a Provider is reserved for adults with a valid residence permit in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area. This condition is verified during the identity verification process provided for in Article 6.2.

Secret-Experience reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial modifications will be notified to Users by email and/or by notification on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the modifications, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.

22.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared null, invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intent of the parties.

22.2 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other document to which they refer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secret-Experience regarding the use of the platform.

22.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or the rights and obligations arising from these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of Secret-Experience. Secret-Experience may assign its rights and obligations in the context of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to 30 days' prior notice.

22.4 Language

These Terms are drafted in French and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.

22.5 Waiver

The failure of Secret-Experience to exercise or delay in exercising any right provided for in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

23.1 Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. They are subject to the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), the European Directive on electronic commerce (2000/31/EC), the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065).

23.2 Internal resolution

In case of dispute, we invite you to contact our legal department at legal@secret-experience.com. We commit to examining your complaint and providing a response within 30 days.

23.3 Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may use a mediation service. In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Online Dispute Resolution Platform

23.4 Jurisdiction

Failing amicable resolution or mediation, any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, Belgium. However, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), consumers residing in a Member State of the European Union retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
